Things are still simmering along nicely with BB Guy. This weekend is supposed to be a free one for me but my daughter is having her 13th birthday party so I've got her with me for most of it. Mum has offered to look after her Saturday night after the party so I can hopefully get in some alone time my hot manflesh then. No idea where this is going but will just do what feels good at the time and see what happens. I predict it may involve nakedness....

Hey Frankie, glad to hear you are sticking with it!! And even better to hear you are feeling awesome on the ketogenic plan...think I'm gonna have to give it a shot next comp season, everyone seems to be having success with it.
Vic
PS - have fun on the weekend ;)
Go Frankie! Nice to see you are feeling so great and things are working nicely for you... no need to chuck in the towel, that's for sure... I am so excited about you hitting 80kg and under, I will be cheering for you... so go girl!
Thanks Vicki. Yeah it's working too well and feels too good to stop! (oh..that sounds kinda dirty). After the initital 2 or 3 weeks I've found my stamina/strength everything has come back (more).
I'm excited too Kristin. You'll here a big YEEHAR!!! all the way from Perth when I finally hit the 70's again after over 2 years. Can't wait!
I'm so happy for you Frankie! Things are really humming along, and it must feel so great to have some energy and feel so positive about everything, and physically feel good when you train, as well as after! :)
Re: BB guy...Going with the flow sounds good.
Thanks Kerry. Yeah I feel REALLY good at the moment. I just want to feel like this ALL the time. So glad I met BB guy now and not earlier when I felt like crap.
oh Kerry and yes there's no crippling fatigue after my workouts, like I used to get. Now I can do 45 to 60 mins incline walk in treadmill and I feel perfectly fine afterwards (so good on Saturday that I went on a date!).
You have still lost an amazing amount of body fat, dont' get disheartened! Keep going, remember slow and steady won the race.
Thanks Flea... yeah - DYING for my bulging hips to go down. Then all outfits look heaps better and can wear clingy tops. Sooon I hope.
